Located in Atlanta Georgia, Royce Consulting was founded  by Jay Royce, a 13 year mortgage industry veteran.  Jay's background is well rounded with wide experience as loan officer, processor, underwriter and retail mortgage operations manager.  Jay's underwriting background is his area of expertise that he draws upon to help his clients.  He has underwritten and evaluated thousands of loan applications and has earned his HUD and VA underwriting designations. As well, he is actively involved with the local mortgage bankers association. 

After inside mortgage professionals repeatedly expressed concerns for the need of ethical treatment of consumers they felt were being taken advantage of and obtaining financing that was truly beyond their means, Jay decided to form Royce Consulting. Jay wanted to help ensure that each of his clients receive the best deal possible on a home mortgage based on their personal financial and credit situation.   Royce Consulting wants to help borrowers make educated choices that in the long term will help them acquire the financing they want, yet make it affordable as well . 

Royce Consulting mission statement is two fold:

First, to serve as an consumer advocate helping individuals navigate the credit and mortgage process effectively and cost efficiently so that everyone can obtain the American dream of Homeownership.

Secondly, to offer outstanding consulting services and clear concise training to mortgage professionals seeking operational evaluation and guidance so that they may better serve their client base, grow their business and most importantly stay in compliance.
